All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our industrial equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of safety boots, automotive tools, or other industrial supplies, we offer a simple returns process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Chemical Metering Pumps (due to contamination risks)
  • Opened Cleaning Supplies
  • Drain Cleaners and De-Icers (hazardous materials)
  • Flame Resistant Work Wear with removed safety tags

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include:
    • Your order number
    • Product name and quantity
    • Reason for return
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color (available for safety boots and workwear):

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective industrial equipment (such as air tools or dewatering pumps):

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
