Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chemical Metering Pumps (due to contamination risks)
  • Cleaning Supplies (opened containers)
  • Drain Cleaners and De-Icers (hazardous materials)
  • Flame Resistant Work Wear (if safety tags are removed)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include the following information:

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of size or color (available for safety boots and workwear):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify the desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective industrial equipment (such as air tools or dewatering pumps):

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
