Vineyard Crushproof hose is designed for suction and discharge in applications where the hose is on the ground and might get run over. Where conventional wire reinforced hoses remain crushed, the nylon helix in this hose springs back into shape. Vineyard hose has a light grey cover to resist marking, and a heat resistant tube to allow short period, open-end steam sterilization.

• Tube: Smooth, white, non-toxic, odorless butyl rubber, certified to FDA Title 21 for aqueous foods, BfR XXI Cat.2 for aqueous foods, D.M 21/03/73 for aqueous foods and alcohol.
• Reinforcement: Semi-rigid nylon helix embedded between layers of synthetic textile cords.
• Cover: Grey, ozone and weather resistant EPDM rubber with wrapped finish.
• Temperature Range: -40°C (-40°F) to 120°C (248°F). Open-end steam sterilization is permissible for cleaning purposes.
